A couple weekends ago I made croissants.
Homemade Croissants.
Full of Butter and Refined Flour.
It took an entire day.
And I enjoyed every second of the rolling and kneading.
“It is not the destination, but the journey that makes it worth while.”
(But it was nice seeing everyone’s faces light up as they bit into my hard work)
Thought-provoking, mind-prodding question of the day:
In your opinion, what is the hardest thing to make culinary-wise?
P.S. I used Cook’s Illustrated’s croissant recipe.
