I just got all the ingredients for the polenta yesterday. It look soft enough that I can eat it now! (except maybe the bacon…..hmmmm….maybe I’ll puree it to get the “bacon flavor”).

Yum, they all look so tasty! I noticed the cream cheese frosting on the cupcakes uses 2 T honey and some palm sugar…would you eat this as part of your sugar free diet? Thanks!

Oh gosh, I didn’t see that! Ooops! Honestly, I would omit the sweetener and it would still taste super creamy and yummy! I’ll go check out your post now.
