Hello everyone! I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving!
I had a wonderfully relaxing Thanksgiving full of ham, mashed potatoes, mayo-free deviled eggs, sauteed veggies, and Pumpkin Pie for dessert!
My family, dog, and I spent the afternoon at the beach.
And we had a wonderful time!
I finally finished the FAQ page, so please check it out HERE if you have a chance! Let me know what you think.

Hi Alex,
Thanks to your recipes, I had the best Thanksgiving ever and the most sumptuous sugar-free dinner that included some of your delicious recipes, including Brussels sprouts with apple and bacon (fantastic) and sugar-free, gluten-free pumpkin pie. My guests could not believe the pumpkin pie was sugar-free!

Hi Catherine!
I’m so, so, so happy you had a wonderful Thanksgiving! Kudos to you for trying my recipes, and I’m glad your guests liked them! Just curious, what sweetening method did you use for the pumpkin pie? I’ve tried all methods, and couldn’t decide which I liked best.

I didn’t go black friday shopping but I did shop on “small business saturday” and I scored a pair of express jeans for $6 at a consignment shop! woohoo!
I’m off to check out your FAQ page! I hope you had a great holiday!

Pumpkin Pie is the best! 😀
I didn’t do much Black Friday shopping. We got up at like 7:30 and just went to two stores: Target and Payless. My parents got all of the electronic-related stuff that they wanted online the day before, so there was no reason to go out at 12 am (when some of the stores were opening).
