By popular request, I am hosting a second Sugar-Free Challenge in November!
I’m giving you plenty of time to prepare and sign-up. It’s before Thanksgiving, Christmas, and all the winter holidays, so it will be a great final sugar-detox before the holiday snacking begins.
I hope you all sign up!

Great challenge. Either way, its good to be aware of how much sugar there is out there, ya know? And you don’t have to sacrifice taste!!!

hi!
i have only recenly begun to read your blog (i love it by the way!)
As for this sugar-free challenge, is it a good idea to avoid stevia as well (i know it is not a sugar), but maybe just to get used to things being not-sweet/less-sweet, it would be a good idea. what do you think? i’d love to hear your thoughts 🙂
take care 🙂

Hi!
I am wondering if it is a good idea to cut out/greatly reduce the use of stevia as well to get used to food being less-sweet? I am sugar-free and have been for years, but use stevia a lot and feel like it might be a good idea to cut down on that as well – mainly for economic reasons (It is expensive!!!!!)
(I understand that stevia is not a sugar)
I would appreciate your thoughts on this!

Hey Sophie!
I think it would be a great idea to cut out stevia. I don’t use stevia really at all, because I don’t think it’s necessary to use. Once you adjust your taste buds, you’ll find you won’t even need stevia! I think you should go for it! I’ll be right there with you.
