I love that Edward Stanley and Julia Child ones!!! One quote I tell myself is “Early to Bed, Early to Rise, Makes a Man Healthy, Wealthy, and Wise.” Going to bed earlier is still something I have a hard time with (I really got to get my body back on it’s 5am sceduale), but I just have to remind myself of that quote and it helps!
