Thought-provoking, mind-prodding question of the day:

ohh alex good choices!! 😉 Glad you like the look of the polenta, it’s a good one! Hope your feeling well today!
Thanks, Katie!
I just got all the ingredients for the polenta yesterday. It look soft enough that I can eat it now! (except maybe the bacon…..hmmmm….maybe I’ll puree it to get the “bacon flavor”).
Yum, they all look so tasty! I noticed the cream cheese frosting on the cupcakes uses 2 T honey and some palm sugar…would you eat this as part of your sugar free diet? Thanks!
p.s. I tagged you in on a fun game..11 Random…check it out on the blog for more details…have a great day!!
Oh gosh, I didn’t see that! Ooops! Honestly, I would omit the sweetener and it would still taste super creamy and yummy! I’ll go check out your post now.
Ooh, lately my favorite are these almond coconut truffles: http://findingclairity.blogspot.com/2012/01/raw-almond-joy-truffles.html
