Prizes, Challenges, and Guest Posts

October 24, 2011 By Alex@Spoonful of Sugar Free

I have a few things to share with you today, so what better way to share than with a list and pictures?

We are up to 47 participants for the Sugar-Free Challenge so far. Thanks to everyone for signing up! I hope many more of you sign up for the challenge. It will be a fun way to boost your health and challenge your typical eating patterns. Ask your friends and family to join. It is always easier to challenge yourself when you have a buddy pushing you along. Sign up HERE.

Check out my guest post over at HotFunFitness. The post covers a bit about my history, why sugar is not good for your body, and the recipe for Chocolate Banana Cream Pie. Check it out HERE.

Artisana will be giving away an 8oz jar of coconut butter and a variety of nutbutter squeeze packs to one participant in the sugar-free challenge! I love Artisana’s coconut butter, especially on pumpkin pancakes. This gives you more of an incentive to sign up and take the challenge!

THOUGHT-PROVOKING, MIND-PRODDING QUESTION OF THE DAY:

Is there something holding you back from taking the challenge? Please share so that I can convince you to take it!

Hi Alex! Ugh my one and only problem with doing the challenge is that I would die without my daily cup of coffee in the morning and i love to put some sweetener in it, other than that i think i’d be good to go! such a great idea to do this challenge!

Ohhh man! I want to do it, but I’m going on vacation that week… not sure if I could stick to it when I’m home visiting family! (They already thing I’m a pain, being a vegetarian, hahaha)
