Mango, strawberry, and kiwi for sure. As for the liquid I’m not sure….it looks like some kind of milk, maybe almond or coconut? but I’m guessing it’s something trickier…
I definitely believe you can overdose on fruit. You can overdose on anything really, even peanut butter ๐ But I don’t limit it on myself on purpose, but my boy doesn’t allow me to eat too much fruit. I feel it when I eat too much, and I know when to stop. I think a few pieces a day is about the right amount since it is mostly sugar. (Along with a bunch of great vitamins!)

It’s been a long time since I had fruit cereal but that’s what I’m guessing! Kiwis, strawbeezies, mango, and almond milk. Sounds pretty good to me.
