    It’s been a long time since I had fruit cereal but that’s what I’m guessing! Kiwis, strawbeezies, mango, and almond milk. Sounds pretty good to me.

    Mango, strawberry, and kiwi for sure. As for the liquid I’m not sure….it looks like some kind of milk, maybe almond or coconut? but I’m guessing it’s something trickier…

    Looks delicious. Love kiwis. Curious if you limit fruit/fructose or just sugar (blogged about fruit today so it was on my mind).

      Hey Lauren!

      I definitely believe you can overdose on fruit. You can overdose on anything really, even peanut butter ๐Ÿ™ But I don’t limit it on myself on purpose, but my boy doesn’t allow me to eat too much fruit. I feel it when I eat too much, and I know when to stop. I think a few pieces a day is about the right amount since it is mostly sugar. (Along with a bunch of great vitamins!)
