Ok, I know you all have something that you totally enjoy and cherish-food wise. There must be something that you love! Whether its a McDonald’s cheeseburger, a piece of celery, or your grandma’s chocolate cake; there must be something that you cherish.
Be proud of what you love! And show it off! That’s why I am going to be having the month of August be Food Loving Month!
That’s right, for one month I am going to be celebrating our favorite foods and indulgences. So, please send me pictures (or links to pictures on a blog) of you and your favorite food or recipe or restaurant. If you don’t want to be in the picture, no problem! We will still love to see your favorite food! Send as many as you want, because I know it is hard to choose just one favorite. There are so many out there!
Simply send me a picture or link to my email: spoonfulofsugarfree@gmail.com
I will compile a big Food Lovin’ post at the end of the week. I can’t wait to see your favorite foods! Here’s one of mine:
So, start taking those pictures and lovin’ those foods!

This is a great idea!! I love that it gets the message across that food is something that should be enjoyed and you can be healthy without being restrictive! I’ll try to take a picture soon to send to you.
